Respiratory trainer is a new type of rehabilitation training instrument to restore lung function. In autumn and winter, it can effectively help patients with chest and lung diseases, respiratory damage after surgery, and poor spontaneous ventilation function. The product is portable, simple and easy to use.
Purpose of breathing training:
1. It is conducive to lung distension, promote the rapid expansion of the remaining lung after partial lung tissue resection, and eliminate the residual cavity;
2, make the chest expand, the formation of negative pressure in the chest is conducive to the expansion of the lung and promote the reexpansion of the atrophy of small alveoli, prevent atelectasis;
3. Change in pulmonary pressure, increase in pulmonary ventilation, increase in tidal volume, slow down in respiratory rate, and reduce postoperative pain caused by excessive breathing;
4, conducive to gas exchange and diffusion, improve the whole body supply.
The breathing trainer consists of three cylinders inscribed with air velocity; The balls in the three cylinders respectively represent the corresponding flow rates through; The product is equipped with expiratory training valve (A) and inspiratory training valve (C), which control the resistance of expiratory and inspiratory respectively. Also equipped with a breathing trainer tube (B) and a mouth bite (D), as shown below:
Use steps: open the package, check whether the parts of the product is complete; Connect the end of the breathing trainer tube (B) to the trainer, and the other part to the bite (D);
The specific use of expiratory and inspiratory training is as follows:
1. Take out the breathing trainer; connect the connecting tube to the interface of the shell and the mouth; place vertically; maintain normal breathing.
2, adjust the flow, in accordance with the conscious comfort, hold the mouth inspiratory, with long and uniform inspiratory flow to keep the float rising state · and maintain for a long time.
Blow in 8th gear, inhale in 9th gear, gradually increasing. The value marked on each float column of the breathing trainer represents the breathing gas flow rate needed to make the float rise. For example, "600cc" means that the breathing gas flow rate to make the float rise is 600 ml per second. When the breathing air speed reaches 900 ml per second, floats 1 and 2 rise; When the three floats rise to the top, the maximum breathing flow rate is 1200 milliliters per second, indicating that the vital capacity is close to normal.
Set a target value for each day · Then start with the first float at a low flow rate, with the first float up and the second and third floats in their initial position, for a certain duration (e.g., more than 2 seconds, this may take several days - depending on lung function); Then increase the inspiratory flow rate to raise the first and second floats while the third float is in the initial position. After reaching a certain duration, increase the inspiratory flow rate for breathing training · until the normal level is restored.
3. After each use, clean the mouth of the breathing trainer with water, dry it and put it back in the bag for later use.
